As a part of our annual maintenance program, Three Rivers Systems  provides clients with a customer support hotline, help-desk support, bug fixes, enhancements to the software and training webinars.

Three Rivers Systems' world-class support services are available to you via our help desk — by phone, at 636-386-8616 or online. Regardless of the method of contact and the nature of the request, our professionals, who possess both practical and technical expertise, are committed to keeping your system running at the highest level of performance and peak efficiency.

In addition to these high-touch services, we provide additional online support tools via the
CAMS Community Internet Forum  for access to updated CAMS resources and interaction with peer institutions. Clients are also eligible to attend the CAMS Users Conference each year to network with other users and attend training workshops.
